Who is responsible
Vaultmangofjell Education Media Ltd, CRO 823517, is responsible for personal information it handles in operating vaultmangofjell.asia. Our registered office is 24 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 R266, Ireland. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
Reading the site
The supplied pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, external fonts or embedded social media. Images and page assets are requested from this site. As with ordinary web hosting, delivery infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and error details to deliver and protect the service.
Technical information is used for service delivery, security and fault diagnosis on the basis of legitimate interests, subject to applicable law. It should be retained only for the period required for those purposes or a relevant legal obligation. We do not sell personal information.
The local enquiry worksheet
Information entered into the worksheet is processed in the current browser page. The tool does not submit it to us, save a draft in localStorage or automatically send an email. Copying uses the browser’s Clipboard API when available. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Clipboard contents, downloaded files and any browser autofill data remain subject to your own device and browser settings.
Closing or reloading the page can remove the draft, although a browser may restore form values. Avoid using shared devices for sensitive correspondence. Do not enter identity documents, health records or confidential student case information.
If you send an email
If you separately send an email, we receive the information you choose to provide, your email address and ordinary message metadata. We use it to respond, consider corrections, handle requests and keep an appropriate correspondence record. The relevant basis is generally our legitimate interest in managing enquiries, or compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, editorial record or applicable legal requirements. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf under applicable contractual and data-protection requirements. Where an international transfer requires safeguards, the appropriate legal mechanism must apply.
Browser preferences
The cookie preferences page can save your choice in localStorage under vaultmangofjell-cookie-preference. It stores “accepted” or “essential”, not your name or enquiry. The choice persists until replaced or removed through browser settings. It does not activate optional tracking in these static pages. See the Cookies page.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights have legal limits.
Send a request to our contact email with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing personal information. We respond within the time required by applicable law. You may raise a complaint with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority.

External source links lead to independent services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services. This notice may be updated when the publication’s functionality or processing changes; review it again before sharing information.
